While we cannot speak to your individual experience, we strive to create a fair and supportive work environment and provide a number of outlets for employees to communicate any challenges that they are experiencing in the workplace. We are proud of the success we have achieved over the years. It is MultiPlan’s outstanding performance that has made our company attractive to investment companies such as Churchill Capital III which has recently agreed to a merger. This merger will take MultiPlan into the public sector and will give us more flexibility to continue to transform and expand as we have done for the past 40 years. As many large organizations do, we occasionally must make difficult adjustments to account for fluctuating operational needs.
