Pros
What the company gets right: -Very diverse and inclusive. -People were very kind and friendly. -A lot of opportunities to advance after meeting the waiting period requirements. -The benefits were affordable. I did not end up taking any of them. -Training was good, and the job I had was easy.
Cons
What the company missed the mark on: -Outdated software (call center software for a non phone based role) -Low pay, despite having a degree. -A lot of micro-managing (3 software tracking/time keeping tools that needed to be used daily or you are not in compliance) -Lack of belonging (solely based on my own team)
