IF you want to be a salaried individual have a job and a life, go somewhere else. New owners , Kronospan USA, make all locals in management roles fear for their jobs. The company is not a place that cares about individual growth. The main person in charge is less than a business professional. They are known for snap judgement and not being able to make decision by themselves. Taking approved vacation is frowned upon, and you most-likely will be asked to cancel it regularly due to under staffing. Business is not promoting local companies. All major improvements are using Foreign Workers, Foreign Machinery, and European standards NOT USA.
