Pros
You can work remotely and the schedule is reasonably flexible (unless you have one of the managers who monitors when you are on Teams and asks why you were away from your computer for 15 minutes)
Cons
The workload is so high and many people have left due to burnout, but they don't care. That's how they make their profit -- work you so hard until you burn out. They hire underqualified, toxic managers who are rude and make personal attacks on people. They let them destroy departments because they can't admit they made a mistake and hired the wrong person. This is not a people-first company. The HR department does not care about employees. They have things like "engagement surveys" but they ignore the results and don't take any actions on bad feedback. Management just says, "talk to me if you think there is a problem", instead of addressing any problems.
