Leadership is unfocused and disjointed. There are literally two people who have the knowledge base to solution technical issues and if they are busy, good luck. No clear objective to provide client satisfaction will lead to missed deadlines and blame shifting. No documented training existed at the time I was there (internally or externally) everything was done on the fly. The turn over rate tells you everything you need to know.
