Clari has core principles that drive its business, and it's not just something on a website. Almost any employee could tell you what they are and how the employees live by them every day. There are amazing career opportunities for people joining the team in EMEA. As the organization will experience hyper-growth in the next few years, you can pretty much carve out whatever career path you're looking to do, as long as you openly communicate that to leadership. C-Level buy-in on EMEA expansion means the founder's and C-Suite can and do visit the office, so one-on-one time with the most senior people in the business happens.

Cons

Because it's a new market for Clari, awareness is lower than your typical software firm, so educating the customers on Clari will take longer than if you were in California. On the upside, customer word-of-mouth referrals are is spreading pretty quickly.
