I can't think of any cons.

Good HR Manager and good IT team as well as operations management, Most of the Traffic Control employees are good, There is a lack of direction from upper management and it literally trickles down to the rest of the employees.

HR team in Lodi lacks urgency of priorities. Leadership has unclear vision and it impacts the whole company. The more you work the more your work load increases. Promotions are not done based on performance.
