Engaging environment, coworkers are great, they push you do do more.

It's alot of energy and it is not for everyone. Could use more PTO

Customers were the best part of the day.

It's a cult run by people who in management that never managed and HR people with no HR experience. They believe they have great onboarding training but lack the real picture of what a bank does. It's not about coffee and wearing Nike shoes. (Which are allowed, but no other brands.). And if you have a tattoo that is visible, you will not be welcomed. Be sure to drink their Kool aid or you will not last long. Not to mention the cameras on the employees... Worst job I ever had in my 38 years of financial business.
