      Family oriented with opportunity for advancement. Community focused institution with great front line staff always willing to go the extra mile.

      Cons

      Management makes promises for advancement and training but only the "yes men" seem to receive any recognition or promotion. Pay is low for the industry and turnover is so high it has become a compliance issue.
