Pros

I became a CTzen in June 2022. Two months into the company I got picked as a Product Owner for GE Healthcare. Since then I have been with GEHC however I would like to bring to everyone’s attention my two month’s on Talent Pool or Bench experience for larger industries readers. The biggest difference I felt was that the Talent Pool team took it upon them to bring us the right opportunities and worry about our time and skill utilisation. Unlike my previous experience, it felt so much secure to be in a place where they cared for me rather than putting me into stress for being assigned to a project. They helped me get trained as well for GEHC project in area’s where it helped me contribute better as a PO within the project. Prabhakar Patole is my current RH and by far the most welcoming leader cause he guides me from time to time to make me a better skilled person and yet the liberty to work in my own style without micromanaging. It is unique because it speaks to me about how the organisation has leadership which we lower level employees can trust. To conclude my only one word description for CitiusTech is TRUSTWORTHY organisation.

Cons

None so far in my short tenure here.
