Processes can be improved. There is a lot of good practices that are followed in QA outside CitiusTech. I think if organization starts following some of them then it would be beneficial for the projects and the employees who has a zeal to learn. Mentoring is what is required here, but is not followed diligently. The vision of CEO and the Mid Level Management is not in Sync. There's a disconnect over here. If this can be filled out then the organization has a long way to go. Well at the project levels, the company really needs good Team Leads who are a good Team Players. There are only few good leads on the floor who can counted on finger tips. Rest of them cannot be looked upon for anything. Team Lead is the only person who can drive your entire project. If he is a good team player. Other Areas - Cafeteria services are pathetic -- they are improving upon it. But, didn't see any changes during my tenure. Transportation has its own limitation. Bank Account - Well during my tenure the company didn't have any tie ups with any Banks for Salary Accounts. The salaries used to come via NEFT's
