Pros

Salary on time, hybrid work mode

Cons

Very disappointing and frustrating experience with the company. After returning from maternity leave, instead of being supported and given a fair opportunity to resume work, I was placed in the talent pool with no clear communication or timeline. Eventually, I was released citing “no available positions,” which reflects poor planning and lack of accountability. The entire process felt insensitive and unprofessional, especially considering the expectations employees have when returning from maternity leave. There was no transparency, no proactive updates, and no effort to retain or support existing employees. Overall, the company seriously lacks empathy, proper workforce planning, and respect for employees. I would not recommend this organization to anyone looking for stability or a supportive work environment.
