      Convenient location; not a terrible commute

      Cons

      No training, long hours, no work-life balance, management is abysmal. My direct manager was a gossip, talked poorly about his team in front of other employees, took 2 hour lunch breaks to go to the gym, had absolutely NO management skills; horrible work environment

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
