Great company to work for. Nice little perks with beer, monthly breakfast etc Positive environment to work in, work life balance good outside of busy times

Long hours during busy times. Stress can be high also.

Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

Cons

Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
