      Pros

      While working full time, Citco accommodated my needs as a full time student in the MBA program. They supported my goals to further my education while staying on track with my career. Busy seasons can be time consuming but Citco makes sure they take care of their employees throughout that time in various ways such as dinners, networking activities in the off-season, and many other great benefits. They reward your hard work which I haven’t seen with previous employers. Great company to work for!!

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
