Confusing after years - Anonymous employee Citco Employee Review

Dear Former Colleague - I'm always sorry to hear feedback like this without being able to sit with an employee and dig deeper. I do know from many years of working experience that staff often think they are voicing their opinion constructively and then wonder why they didn't get a great reception. It usually has to do with delivery and whether the feedback is really useful and with realistic suggestions that help the organization to understand gaps and how they might mitigate them. Without sufficient details I can only remind employees that no business has unlimited funds - we realize our staff may not always understand or agree with business decisions. Citco is a very diverse organization and our core values would certainly include respect and opportunity for all.
