      Benefits; management aware when you do a good job; communication is not the best when an accountant is not handled properly

      Cons

      Low salary compensation; management takes their time when it comes to giving raises; lack of communication between management and human resources

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
