Good place to work, good people

Not many cons, just too bad it went bankrupt

All the benefits were real nice... health, dental. etc. The money was good around that time as well, especially for new grads getting out of college. In the beginning we could also use the charters for our own personal use with discounted prices and that was fun.

Too many politics. Everyone had to kiss "other's behinds" constantly to move up in the company (or sleep around/flirt with the pilots/management. That did it too). If you didn't do it, you would be stuck in the same position you started until you quit. My supervisors were all a little older by me by a few years and they all had a big head because of it. They made my life hell (bulling me, harassing me and embarrassing me in front of other coworkers, which some managers saw but never did squat about). Oh let's not forget about sexual harassment either, which started the same week I was there - which should have been a sign the place had low morals.
