Another key strength is the culture. Citation Group is a company that genuinely listens to and cares about its staff. Employees feel heard, valued, and supported, which creates an environment where people are motivated to do their best work.

In terms of downsides, there really aren’t any major concerns. Like any organisation, there are occasional ups and downs, but the positives far outweigh the negatives. With such a strong focus on both customer outcomes and employee wellbeing, there isn’t much to complain about.
