Very high turnover in staff including CEO, very unclear expectations, management barely know what their are doing let alone individual contributors. Band aid fixes all round. Messy and non existent processes and SFDC data. Induction training doesn’t exist and same with product training. It’s just so broken it’s funny! assistance Toxic workplace, lied to you from the start, lie to you some more. Didn’t fix anything that is wrong and then it even worse. Say things will change and things only get worse. Thought because I could find any information about them prior to applying for the job that I would take the risk and go for the job…. Immediately regretted it!
