Pros
-I initially joined CirrusMD as a project management contractor overseeing the customer support department. After 9 months of proving my value in that role, I had an opportunity to pivot into a full-time opportunity on the Client Success team.
-I enjoy the close relationship the Client Success team has developed internally with our clinical, marketing, and product teams. Within our team specifically, I also feel supported by my fellow CSMs - lots of collaboration and idea sharing to drive meaningful impacts for our customers.
-As a remote employee who joined the organization during the pandemic, I've been impressed by CirrusMD's focus on employee health and well being even during times when everyone was working virtually. With an initiative to fight Zoom-fatigue, Summer Fridays for extra time to unplug, randomly paired video chats to get to know individuals across the organization, and activities facilitated by our Culture Club, it is clear that the organization lives its ethos when it comes to promoting human connection and whole being care.
-The executive team is very engaged and supportive with an open door policy
-I'm energized by our company's mission and product on a daily basis. Member feedback stories continue to remind me what an amazing impact our barrier-free virtual care offering has on our client populations.
Cons
Many things are still self-guided as we grow beyond start up phase. Individuals should feel comfortable navigating their own path. Personally, I have loved this about the organization, but know it isn't for everyone.
