Cirrus heavily invest into their team. I myself have found that in my 1 year apprenticeship i have learnt and had the support and guidance that has lead to me succeeding in my role.

i cant say there are any cons. i love coming to work.

Free and readily available parking

A toxic culture. Expect to be bullied, harrassed, work endlessley, be promised the world and delivered nothing. Terrible reputation in the industry, well known locally for the wrong reasons - association with the Cirrus has been problematic. I would advise against both working for the business or engaging the services of the business. Management team put on a good show when they need to, but don't be fooled by it.
