Where to begin....
- abysmal leadership
- lack of attention to feedback
- zero, I mean ZERO, training for any position
- unrealistic expectations with a system that does not work
- the CEO openly puts employees down in front of managers and employees
- most extreme version of micro-management I have ever seen. The CEO drives around a robot to watch employees (there's already 10 plus cameras inside the warehouse)
- The director of operations should be fired in my opinion for not doing their job. Production is at a standstill and the meetings they are have are all but meaningless. They bring nothing to the table or innovative to fix a product that is defective (which they are fully aware of). The level of ignorance and inability to recognize that leadership at all levels is failing is mind-blowing.
- They WILL throw a lower level employee under the bus for their failures (whom they did not train, gave zero guidance on expectations, and leave the individuals development up to them).
- Their PTO is a complete joke. You need to work at the company for two months before you are eligible to even ACCRUE any amount of PTO.
- The lack of policies is astounding. Do not expect HR or your manager to protect you.
- Not accurately reporting the results from the employee survey that they gave out.
- There is a reason that the front door is a revolving one. They go through employees monthly (think about why they don't offer any PTO benefits for the first 60 days)
