Worst Job in Las Vegas - Table Games Supervisor Circa Resorts Employee Review

The pay is low, $21 an hr to watch 6 games. They are short staffed and management doesn't help with breaks so you can be on the floor 3 hours with no break. It's excessively loud so you can't hear you dealers. Middle managers sweat the money on minimal action. You have to pay for parking at the other casinos nearby and there is no EDR. Benefits are terrible with very high deductibles. HR has 3 people for all 3 properties so they are complete non responsive to any issues and always side with ownership if they do respond.
