Pros
- You can make great money in commissions and bonuses if you work hard and have a good territory. - My sales manager is a great leader and very supporitve. - Upper management shows a lot of appreciation for reps and do not shy away from shouting out when you're doing a good job.
Cons
- They are heavy on numbers and hitting your quota but it is a sales position at the end of the day. - Operations and the office side of things is very disorganized and has high turnover. Their job is very stressful and they don't get paid great. - Cold calling and prospecting is 75% of this job so if you don't have the grit to do it then its not the job for you. - 2 days in office cold calling and other days out in the field. It's not terrible but it can be hard to get used to if you aren't used to cold calling in front of all your co workers
