Pros
Freedom and decent training. Avg incone for reps up and running 120k. Uniform reps in top 3rd of their region making 150 - 210 k gross. Complex and simple sales. Plenty of room to advance and compete.
Cons
Not very up to date with technology as a company. Can be very micromanaged depending on your boss. Driving the sale internally is more difficult than need be and onboarding process of new customers is weak with so many people in the equation.
