Pros
Free movies and the chance to work the only major player in the industry was pretty cool, lots of interesting corporate partners. Corporate culture is very laid back.
Cons
You're almost comically underpaid-it was legitimately shocking for such a huge company with dominant market share. I was compensated better as an intern in university. Lots of people who just give the bare minimum in their jobs, and who avoid dealing with issues until absolutely necessary. Sadly found that at all levels of management. Lots of feel good talkin and not enough action.
