1. Micro Management from the upper management is causing that behaviour to spread to middle management resulting in unhappy employees 2. KPIs are unrealistic in support and onboarding! 3. You’re pressured to work overtime during the week without compensation. Expected to work on weekends with no time and a half. 4. No work life balance AT ALL 5. This company is being dictated by pure revenue goals not customer or employee satisfaction 6. They take advantage of young graduates blind siding them with unprofessional behaviour 7. Management hires their friends which makes it hard to escalate issues 8. They are always hiring! They hire desperate undergrads and take advantage 9. Management does not take one on one meetings seriously they wait till you hand in your resignation then talk about offering you a pay rise or promotion but doesn’t end up happening 10. There is a huge blame game that happens where people are just thrown under the bus just to impress upper management.
