Pros

Excellent Product, powerful and well thought out. Staff are awesome and work well together autonomously, as a team they can do wonders. There is always a can do attitude in the office and people work tirelessly to get the end result for customers.

Cons

Upper Management has always been a difficult one to work with, different schools of thought and not really understanding the way people operate, dictatorship style. "You must do what I say, I don't want your opinion". "Need to give me a solution not a problem stance" rather than collaboration. The culture from the top is strange, they don't seem to trust their staff at all, kept under a watchful eye. Staff are scared to speak up in fear of losing their jobs or becoming an easy target to be gotten rid of.

Pros

The CEO is incredibly approachable and stays connected with employees across all levels of the company. Leadership demonstrates a deep understanding of the product, and the CEO is highly engaged with both customers and partners—constantly leading and coaching the team toward a unified mission. The Support team has made significant strides in enhancing the customer experience over the past year. Leaders are hands-on, supportive, and successfully drive key company initiatives without compromising on culture or service quality. Product feedback from customers and partners is truly valued. The company actively listens, adapts, and pushes to stay competitive—consistently raising the bar with new features and improvements.

Cons

There's room for improvement in our tooling and automation—streamlining workflows further would boost efficiency and scalability.

Pros

You can gain experience working with difficult egos and bad attitudes. You can learn to operate in a pressure cooker if that’s your thing. High pressure, no rewards.

Cons

Leadership talks a lot about support, transparency, and culture, but it’s all for show. Employees are left to struggle alone while impossible promises are made to clients and internal teams. When things fall apart, blame is pushed down to frontline staff. Toxic behavior is tolerated, work-life balance is nonexistent, and PTO is punished. Don’t be fooled by the positive first impression—this place will drain you and discard you.
