Pros
The end client was good and the people that previously had the project were great.
Cons
I have no idea how they managed to land this contract that was highly centralized around Docker, Kubernetes, and Rails without having a single person on staff then having bullish people lead the project that were hostile anytime they were confronted with actual experience based knowledge. They also use communications means that would be more common in the 80s than the 20xx. CEO refuses to use anything other than email. Email system is extremely dated and not remotely as modern as outlook or gmail. If you don't get an email using the web client, well it must be your fault. Too cowardly to actually talk to you over any conflicts.
