Pros
Ability to work from home When I first started, there were a lot of trainings available. I worked with some great recruiters and coordinators.
Cons
Benefits - costly and not as rich as other companies. The 401k match is not competitive and didn't change the entire time I was with the organization. (over five years). There is surcharge to add a spouse for benefits. I had four managers during the two years I was on one account. Two were downsized. It was concerning and certainly didn't help when trying to pursue advancement opportunities. The last account I worked on, the director had no connection to the recruiters. We performed at a very high level and hired a lot of people during the pandemic and worked a lot of hours to achieve this and received little recognition on this. Due to this, many people on the team have since resigned. My exit interview consisted of three questions. I would define that as an exit interview. I didn't get the sense the company cared about why a long term employee was leaving the organization.
