-Pay. 100%. So frustrating that the amount of work I do is twice the amount of a general scope of work and I'm paid half of what I should be. The rate is NOT competitive or conducive to the industry.
-Management needs work. Micromanaging at its finest and the wrong people are penalized or not recognized how they should be. The answer to that is giving more work which doesn't solve any problems.
-Leaders are consistently getting promoted, while others on the lower end of the totem pole have been given promises of a promotion with no deliverance. So incredibly frustrating to see people already making a ton of money getting more.
-Benefits are horrendous. You're either robbed blindly every month so your deductible isn't high, or vice versa. It's a shame.
