Incentive programs for sales and recruiting conflict with incentive programs for management. This resulted in many situations in which local management would not approvex deals that would provide sales and recruiters incentives, but which adversely affected their bonuses. This made it a very frustrating place to work. This was compounded by the fact that corporate management sought margins that are not achievable in staffing business, which was about 80% of their business.
