Satisfied with support and guidance from managers and team leaders; there were organized engagement activities as diversion from challenging high work volume; team members helped one another; weekends off, day shift and convenient hybrid set-up.
Cons
In the later part of 2023, Compensation and Benefit team was not attentive and responsive to employees' concerns. Their responses to our queries are late and substance-lacking which made employees feel ignored and brushed off.
