Pros
Decent benefits package, good place to start a career in claims. Colleagues are great to work with.
Cons
No clear development path, bureaucratic practices, call-center environment (Accident and Health claims) - focus on figures. Main claims system bordering on unusable. Bizarre team structure where technical claims teams deal with 'switchboard' type calls which operational claims teams do not receive. Frequent payroll errors and lack of pro-activity/engagement in having these amended.
