Building a modern platform with a daring vision as we have is challenging. We appreciate all individuals who take on this journey with us. We have made it our goal to provide an enjoyable working environment for our talents and at the same time focus on personal development. Regarding your feedback on transparency, it is always a goal within executive leadership to filter communications back down to our teams. It is not always perfect, but we try hard at it, and we are committed to it. For example, we host regular Ask-Me-Anything sessions to allow employees at all levels to communicate with our C-levels directly and ask questions. At all our local offices, we also have regular catch-ups with all staff to ensure all the exciting news within the company is well communicated. We also encourage everyone to speak up anytime when support is needed. We care about the well-being of our team members and would like to learn more about your experience.
