Stagnant Company - Inside Sales Chroma Systems Solutions Employee Review

Certain people in Accounting and Order Processing were on power trips and could treat co-workers very badly because they had been there for awhile and since Chroma pays below average they didn't want to upset the apple cart and lose people willing to work for low wages. When I complained about my treatment by them, my manager told me verbatim there was nothing he could do because of this. Women were paid below the men and it didn't matter the level of education because management was sexist. Management was afraid to address issues with 999certain employees that were causing problems with the team because they were afraid of them.
