A organisation with massive cultural issues, bullying and poor leadership - Anonymous employee Christian Aid Employee Review

Confused about their identity as a Christian organisation. It’s unclear. There are people who work there that are actually opposed to the Christian ethos. I heard countless offensive comments made about the Christian faith (Christians) which was very disappointing and alienating. Lots of people leadership positions cared very little for culture of the workplace experience. People were promoted without merit, in what appeared to be nepotism. Libby Gordon was a notorious bully especially to more junior staff and Directors did nothing.
