Lack of support for staff. Too many relatives working together, staff stick together in this issue. Lack of English (first language) speaking staff, huge language barrier for staff and residents. Staff do not orientate new hires properly. I could go on and on......

None - Just a fake hope

- No support from the headquarters -Most of the time the so called vice presidents were not available -Racist Treatment, false allegations and all the heads suffers with infuriate complex especially some one is more intelligent, world traveler and comes with a great experience.
