Pros

Remote I have to put in 5 words so I’m added this sentence because there are no other pros.

Cons

No real transparency. No clear direction for the company or the department. Partnerships are not really solidified. Customer service can be stressful, this company adds a layer of stress that can mess with your mental health. Leads and managers need training. Systems are often hinder being able to do your job. A lot of people are faking it until they make it. Don’t work here or disclose to management, if you have religious beliefs.

i had an awesome run with great managers

Cons

hired too fast after covid and they had to lay off a bunch of people and restructure and my team and leadership were affected

Pros

Coworkers are good people and teams try their best despite the chaos. Remote work.

Cons

Poor executive leadership, constantly changing priorities and restructuring, lack of direction, low morale, reactive decision making, and executives who are out of touch with what the business actually needs.
