Pros
Small company, some slight work freedom as there are not many strict regulations in place. Yearly bonus. Depending on your location most of the offices have a close knit friendly team.
Cons
No career benefits, management a mess, everyone works alone within departments with lack of communication. Most things need to be ran through the family which take their own time and see no importance in time frames. Leading to tight or over ran deadlines constantly.
