Cons
This is not a con, but am unable to leave this blank. Employees who find success and contentment at Choice have integrity, work hard, take initiative, are team players, and strive to see the bigger picture and their piece in that picture. This could be a "con" for those who apply at Choice who do not have these characteristics/values because it is difficult to be successful without them.
