Cons
* As an IT company, the package what they offer really sucks. It won't be enough for a single person to lead an average life. Even the security guards get the same amount (approx 10k). * The Bond is very very worst. Its for 3 years. It means for next three years of your life, you'll be unworthy to maintain a family. * The Bond breakage rules really suck - its 4 lacks. * The management is very keen on making money over its employees blood and effort. * Lots and lots of work. You should forget your family and outside life. Almost like you are in jail or in a military training. * Number of working days per week is 6 and sometimes 7. For the money they are paying, its is a million times more you have to do. * Office Politics stinks * Forget Living - Its a Nightmare * No Abroad chances.
