Good pay and good culture

Long hours can be hard at times but manageable for most

I have been working at Choate for over 5 years and it is a great organization as a whole! Well compensated for the responsibility level that you are given, everyone is held accountable for the work that they are responsible for. Looking forward to spending the remainder of my career here.

Can be a bit overwhelming at times due to the lean nature of the company, but that is always out in the open and isn't a surprise to anyone
