      -Training was well thought out and paced. Also had a lot of great take home training material - lots of mobility to move upward in management. - tuition reimbursement

      Cons

      Manager tends to micromanage minute details. Closing shift can last till early hours of the morning on some rough shifts.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
