Chip 1 has a great work culture. They are always innovating and looking for different ways to grow. Upper management is always open to suggestion on ways to improve and better our systems. Everyone is involved and there is always extra curricular activities happening. Our HR is so comitted in assuring that us employees are happy and satisfied. She goes above and beyond in coming up with things that only makes our work life more fun and less work like. Thank you Fabiola HR and Damon COO for really caring about us employees and our well being. We really are a TEAM here at Chip 1.
