Pros
Be able to keep technologically updated as the company moved on with edge-cutting technology. It also provided a wide range of opportunities for professional trainning. Improved communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills by engaging in interdeparmental projects and liaising with software/hardware/service vendors.
Cons
Position adjustments were a little bit too frequent. Different supervisors put emphasis on different areas. Got to spend some time to get used to it every time.
