Fruit every week, canteen (but the food quality is awful), no need to OT too much (but mostly depends on your boss)
Cons
Bad company culture, some of the bosses just want a slave but not a professional to work together. Badly paid but require you to appreciate. Most of the work is boring and timewasting, cannot see any professional growth
