The cause and the research funded is really worthwhile. My manager has been really supportive and great about prioritising long term team development. They have been very good about flexible working and supporting family life.

Lack of clarity on strategy and a string of short lived CEOs.

The charity is undergoing changes for the positive after having reviewed its strategic needs and is developing and implimenting its plan to grow and make it the ideal charity to work for.

The changes are taking time and not everyone will be happy.
