No work/life balance, expected to work overtime without any compensation. Dishonest management, CEO doesn't what to do, no vision on the business or the market. Terrible products. Extremely high turnover rate, because the problems are too easy to spot once joined the company. Terrible culture and office environment, co-workers are secretly competing with each other.
