Pros
Senior management offered continual opportunities for growth and advancement. Corporate culture encouraged cross functional learning for all employees. Great employee retention.
Cons
This is very tough, as I truly enjoyed working for this employer. My spouses work required relocation to another city that was too far to commute. Had it not been such a far distance, I would have more than likely not resigned.
